A Great Student-centered Website

STEM careers are becoming more diversified and plentiful each day. As a STEM educator, I wanted to find a good online resource I could incorporate into my instruction and share with my student teachers.

Careers with STEM is a great student-focused website. It includes a variety of STEM career pathways, along with insights into the future workforce. The site showcases life stories of people of color, young and female role models and great video interviews. Free teacher downloadable resources are available, in addition to other instructional materials with a paid subscription. A minimal subscription would be an appropriate department or district expenditure in support of diversity, equity and career planning.
