EDU Consultants

EDU Consultants are great educators! Based on your school, district or business needs, EDU management has identified local, state and nationally recognized, high qualified professionals. Each has years of experience helping clients to coordinate, plan, facilitate and meet your professional learning goals.

Bob Harris

A great educator, Bob Harris began his teaching career at the middle school through adult learning in the Long Beach Unified School District. Having the desire to have an impact on a greater number of students, he transitioned onto a sales career with the largest educational publisher. There, he worked with the California State Department of Education, teachers, and curriculum leaders to coordinate the development of programs for California’s Curriculum Frameworks and Standards.

Bob has also led and managed teams of specialized consultants that provided training in all subject areas, including STEM and NGSS standards. As California’s Regional Vice President at Pearson, he coordinated with the editorial and author teams to develop a complete K-9 science program, adopted by the California State School Board.

During his long and successful sales/management career, he mentored sales teams to attain great customer service and high sales. Later, he became a business owner of multiple Fantastic Sam’s franchises. Bob applied his experience to build teams with loyal customers pleased with the high level of service.

Upon retirement Bob joined EDU Consulting LLC,  to continue his life-time commitment to educate those most in need, students at-risk. He develops customized, interactive trainings for retail, and hospitality businesses looking to improve their staff’s performance and bottom line. Bob teams up with owners to tailor a course meeting their mission and value proposition. Additionally, he addressed areas for improvement.
