I can only imagine the stress you are all under with the addition of new technologies to your professional plate for virtual instruction. And now, the possibility of hybrid instructional models added on top of that mounded plate of main course responsibilities. I came across a nice infographic from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC), How to Mitigate & Combat Zoom Fatigue in the Online Classroom, that may help bring more focus to your lesson planning.
